Before any design work begins, we dive deep with a 2-hour Brand Discovery Workshop. This is where the clarity happens. Over two weeks, I take everything we uncover and turn it into a tailored Brand Strategy Document that defines your audience, positioning, personality, and visual direction. This strategy becomes your brand’s north star. Why strategy first? Because skipping this is like building a house without blueprints. You might get something pretty—but it won’t last, and it won’t work the way you need it to. Included in Your R15,000 Strategy Investment: • 2-hour live strategy session (online) • Brand clarity framework • Deep-dive research • A full brand strategy document including: • Vision & Mission • Brand archetype & tone of voice • Competitor positioning • Visual direction (starter mood board & font/style suggestions) To reserve your Brand Axis™ Strategy Workshop and ensure my full attention on your brand, payment is required upfront. This allows us to begin research, schedule your session, and build your custom strategy with zero delays. It’s a high-touch, deep-dive process—and we give it our all from day one.

Cancellation Policy
Format: 90–120 min live session via Zoom (or in person by arrangement) Investment: R15,000 incl. VAT Deliverables: • Full Brand Strategy Deck (PDF) delivered within 7–10 business days • Includes: Purpose, vision, values, target persona, empathy mapping, positioning, tone of voice sliders, brand personality, emotional triggers, and visual direction 💳 Payment Terms To secure your workshop, full payment is required upfront. This reserves your spot and allows us to begin research immediately. Strategy work is high-touch, research-heavy, and tailored to your brand from day one. Payments can be made via EFT or card through our secure booking system. 📆 Rescheduling & Cancellations Rescheduling: • One reschedule permitted with 48+ hours’ notice • Less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a R1500 rebooking fee Cancellations: • Cancel 5+ business days before: full refund • Cancel within 5 business days: 50% forfeited to cover prep and time held • No-shows (15+ mins late without contact): session forfeited, full rebooking required 📂 Your Role This is a collaborative session — your full focus matters. • You’ll receive a pre-session form to complete • Please arrive distraction-free and prepared • Final documents will only be released once payment is received in full 🔐 Confidentiality All information shared is treated as confidential. We may reference anonymised insights for learning purposes unless you request otherwise. 📣 What’s Not Included This session doesn’t include logos, visuals, or design work — it’s strategy-only. You’re welcome to book brand identity, packaging, or website design as add-ons.
